Flint in the Vines restaurant is ideally situated on the picturesque and historic property, Ollyville, at Shaw Vineyard Estate in Murrumbateman just a short picturesque drive from Canberra through the cool climate wine region. The restaurant has a smart yet informal ambiance, with an open fireplace in the dining room, and glass windows overlooking the vineyard. It's reminiscent of the great vineyard restaurants from the country regions of France and Italy. Our friendly team of young staff will help you to relax and unwind over a lunch or dinner and a glass of local wine. Flint is a great excuse for a short overnight getaway, an escape from everyday life, to get out of the city to see what's on or just enjoy the Canberra Wine Region.
