Flint in the Vines' food philosophy is to produce high quality modern European cuisine,sourcing as much seasonal produce as possible from the local area of Murrumbateman, including their own kitchen garden.
The restaurant is ideally situated on the picturesque and historic property, Ollyville, at Shaw Vineyard Estate in Murrumbateman just outside of Canberra, with a smart yet informal ambiance overlooking the vineyard. It's reminiscent of the great vineyard restaurants from the country regions of France and Italy. A 1960's 3 bedroom cottage also resides on the property and is available for overnight stays for those that need to get out of the city or just enjoy the Canberra Wine Region in a relaxed way.
