Poacher's Way Fireside Festival

Warm up this winter at the Fireside Festival. Embrace the cooler days and crisp nights by making Canberra your destination this August. Celebrating everything good about winter, this year’s Fireside Festival is all about curling up by the crackling fire, with some hearty winter cuisine while enjoying a glass of fine local red with that loved one or friend.
Flint in the Vines is proud to be apart of the Poacher's Way Fireside Festival, we have some fantastic events planned this month as well as the events our other hosts in the region have on, all add to the great experience which is, the Fireside Festival.
Fireside Fridays
Every Friday throughout August.This Fireside event is a cracker!
Grab a table of 10 friends, and enjoy an evening in front of the open fireplace with your own dedicated waiter. This special Vintage Menu consists of a four-course meal with the main meal a 16 hour slow cooked Lamb Shoulders to share cooked in the wood-fire oven. Other courses include wood-fired whole camembert, platters with three of our signature entrees...all rounded off with a decadent dessert.
With the first three courses paired with a vintage wine, some from Graeme Shaw's cellar, you are sure to have a great night!
Book quickly, as there is only one table of 10 available each Friday during Fireside. $1000 for the table of 10, all inclusive of four course meal and wines and a great place to wine and dine during winter.

Tony Haley and accompanied by The John Black Trio presents a night of entertainment influenced by Frank Sinatra and Dean Martin. Tony is, The One Man Rat Pack.
The one night only show will start with cocktails and canapés in the cellar door followed by the show and a three course meal, with an all inclusive price of $99 per person.
The dining room at Flint in the Vines, transforms into a intimate Vegas cabaret, with a roulette table to test your luck and the evening will be accompanied by American inspired food.
Dress to the nines to get into the spirit of things if you so desire and to be in running to win!
