CEREMONIES AT SHAW VINEYARD ESTATE

Ceremonies are welcome in the grounds of Shaw Vineyard Estate.  Flint in the Vines is happy to work within your requirements to meet your needs and desires for your marriage.

There are several romantic and unique sites available in the estate for you to choose from including the sheep paddock* with a gorgeous rustic hut under a beautiful old shady tree, the lawns in front of the shearing shed, our sandstone terrace overlooking the west where the sun sets, or even in the cellar door if you wish. 

Afternoon ceremonies can commence from 6:00pm  during daylight savings and 5:00pm for non-daylight savings.  Morning ceremonies from 11:00am.  For a ceremony at another time of the day you may be required to book our venue for the entire day (see fees & charges).

A small fee of $5 per person, or minimum of $450.00 (whichever is greater) is charged for holding your ceremony on site. 

We can offer you chairs for your guests for an additional cost which may be discussed when you contact us.  Rose petals, decorations or music, we can help you with all of this.

Drink or food service can be arranged. Imagine a refreshing pimms & lemonade, an iced tea or sparkling Shaw Cielo offered to your guests as they arrive on a summer’s afternoon.  Drinks can be served before or after your ceremony, depending on your requirements.

We will supply a white linen clothed table and chairs for the signing of the register and can assist in arranging your hire requirements for additional shade or different chairs from what we have on offer for your guests if required.

*Subject to availability due to the paddock being a working sheep paddock.  The paddock may require mowing or slashing of grass at certain times of the year which may incur a fee.
