Any wedding that continues beyond the agreed time will be charged at $200 per hour for every hour past the agreed finish time.
For Breakfast, Lunch and All Day wedding bookings the cellar door can be closed on request. The normal cellar door operating hours are Wednesday – Sunday 10:00am to 5:00pm. The following fees will be incurred if you require the cellar door to be closed for your wedding. The payment is required to be paid to Shaw Vineyard Estate.

Due to our position as part of the Canberra Wine District there are particular dates that our venue cannot be booked, they are:
1. Harvest Festival First weekend of April
2. Wine, Roses & all that Jazz Festival First Weekend of November
3. Moving Feast (no Lunch / all day bookings) _________________First Weekend of October
