RECEPTION OPTIONS

We are happy to work with you on your reception requirements, but as you may appreciate Flint in the Vines is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner on the weekends, so it may be necessary to vacate the premises by a certain time to allow our staff sufficient time to set up for the next sitting.  If you wish to have exclusive venue rights we can also discuss these requirements with you.  As a guideline you will find our reception times are below.

Breakfast Reception

Available for booking between 8:00am – 11:00am.  Suitable for any venue area and either a stand up or sit down function.

Lunch Reception

Available for booking between 11:30am – 4:30pm.  Suitable for any venue area and either a stand up or sit down function.

Dinner Reception

Available for booking from 6:00pm.  Generally the finish time of most weddings is midnight.  For any weddings that surpass this time, a small additional charge may be incurred to cover the cost of labour. We are licensed to serve alcohol until 12:00am.   A dinner reception would be suitable for any venue area, weather depending and either a stand up or sit down function.

All Day Reception

Flint in the Vines operates breakfast, lunch and dinner on weekends.  Due to this a minimum spend will be incurred to book our venue out for an entire day, or spanning across two meal services.  Please discuss this with us for further information.
